To enter the Jumpin’ facility and take part in any or all activities within, either as a participant or spectator or in any capacity, participants must hereby release the owners, employees, and contractors of Jumpin’ Inc in their official or unofficial capacity of and from any liability, claims, demands, action, and cause of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by any or each of the undersigned, while in or near the facility. The undersigned further agree that in the event any claim or action is initiated against Jumpin’ Inc, the undersigned agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Jumpin’ Inc from any such claim or action. Each of the undersigned, knowing the risks and hazards inherent upon entering the facility and/or participating in any event held at the facility, hereby elects voluntarily to enter the facility knowing the present condition and knowing that said condition may become more hazardous during the time that each of the undersigned is in or near the facility. The undersigned voluntarily assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the undersigned, or property of any or each of the undersigned while in or around the facility. The undersigned also understands that all children entering Jumpin’ Inc are the responsibility of the undersigned and not of any owner, employee, or contractor of Jumpin’ Inc and that this is not a day care or drop off facility. This release shall be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and personal representatives. In signing the foregoing release, the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents: That they have read the foregoing release, understands it, and sign it voluntarily; are over 18 years of age, are of sound mind, and nevertheless expressly gives their permission to permit their child (or children) to participate in events at Jumpin’ Inc and that the they are not an agent, servant or employee of Jumpin’ Inc.
